Terms of Service

By accessing or using Enter ("the Service"), operated by Enter ApS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including individual users, team members, and organization administrators. By creating an account or using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Enter is an AI-powered workspace designed for creative agencies. The Service provides integrated tools for:

• Project management and task tracking
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Time tracking and resource planning
• Team communication and collaboration
• Document creation and management
• Finance, invoicing, and bookkeeping
• AI-powered agents and automation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

Your content: You retain all rights to the data, content, and materials you create, upload, or store in Enter. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our platform: The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Enter ApS and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

Enter uses a token-based pricing model. Certain features and AI capabilities consume tokens. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and include a set allocation of tokens.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data processing practices.

Where you use the Service to process personal data of your clients or team members, you act as the data controller and Enter acts as the data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enter ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period (at least 30 days) after termination, after which we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention practices.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
